District Coordination Committee Bahawalpur reconstituted

BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Mar, 2026) The District Coordination Committee Bahawalpur has been reconstituted on the directions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.

According to a notification issued by the Government of Punjab, Members of the National Assembly Riaz Hussain Pirzada, Tariq Bashir Cheema, Syed Sami Ul Hassan Gillani, Muhammad Usman Owaisi and Malik Iqbal Channar have been included in the committee. Similarly, Members of the Provincial Assembly Mian Muhammad Shoaib Owaisi, Muhammad Kazim Pirzada, Khalid Mahmood Jajja, Hassan Askari Sheikh, Sahibzada Muhammad Gazain Abbasi, Aamir Ali Shah, Malik Khalid Mahmood, Babar Warraich, Muhammad Zaheer Iqbal Channar and Rana Muhammad Tariq will also serve on the committee.

In addition, former MPA Muhammad Afzal Gill, Hussain Ahmad Madani, Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Syed Hassan Raza, the District Police Officer Bahawalpur, Chief Executive Officer Health Bahawalpur and Chief Executive Officer education Bahawalpur have also been included as members of the committee. Deputy Commissioner will act as Secretary of the committee.
