QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Feb, 2026) Xen Buildings Muhammad Yasin Jamali on Friday said that under-construction District Complex Usta Muhammad project at a cost of more than 1.3 billion rupees would be completed till 2027.
He said that this is a big and an important development project for the Usta Muhammad district.
He said this while giving a detailed briefing regarding the under-construction District Complex Usta Muhammad.
The Xen said that the work on the project is progressing at a fast pace and the construction activities are being monitored regularly so that there is no compromise on the quality.
He said that for this purpose, the concerned officers and technical staff are inspecting the work on a daily basis.
He further said that with the completion of the district complex, district officers would have offices at one place, which could not only facilitate the execution of government affairs but also the public would have the facility of solving their problems under one roof instead of going around different departments.
Xen Buildings said that the pace of work on the construction of the Deputy Commissioner Usta Muhammad block has been further accelerated and it is expected to be completed by the end of March or the first week of April and the Deputy Commissioner Office would be shifted to the new building, while construction work on other parts of the complex would be continued.
He said that this project is an important step towards better governance and provision of public facilities in the province as per the vision of Mir Sarfraz Khan Bugti, Chief Minister of Balochistan.
He said that the provincial government is taking special interest in the timely and quality completion of this important project.
Finally, he thanked Deputy Commissioner Usta Muhammad Muhammad Ramzan Palal for his cooperation and guidance and expressed his determination that the project would be completed within the stipulated time.
