DIG for ensuring comprehensive security arrangements on Eid-ul-fitr.

NAWABSHAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Mar, 2026) Deputy Inspector General (DIG) SBA Range, Faisal Bashir Memon, on Sunday issued strict directives to Senior Superintendents of Police of all three districts of SBA Range on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr to ensure comprehensive security arrangements.

According to police spokesperson, foolproof security measures have been finalized to maintain law and order during Eid. Strict monitoring has been ordered at mosques, imambargahs, Eid prayer gatherings, major highways, markets, shopping centers, parks, and recreational spots.

The DIG has also appealed youth to refrain from one-wheeling, hooliganism, and other dangerous activities during the Eid days, and to strictly follow traffic rules to avoid any untoward incidents.

On the other hand citizens have been advised to immediately report any suspicious individuals, activities, illegal acts, or miscreants to police helpline 15 or the nearest police station. Furthermore, the DIG directed police officials to adopt a polite and professional attitude towards the public so that citizens can celebrate Eid in a peaceful and pleasant environment.
