CHINIOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Apr, 2026) Deputy Commissioner (DC) Chiniot Ayesha Rizwan said modern reforms are being implemented to resolve citizens’ problems at the fastest pace, with instructions issued to all departments in this regard.
She made the remarks on April 23 while hearing public complaints at her office. Under the open door policy, the DC listened to citizens’ issues, received applications, and issued orders to concerned officers for immediate action.
She noted that the district administration is working daily to address public grievances, ensuring applications are processed in the shortest possible time.
She added that the district control room remains active 24 hours a day. Complaints registered online by citizens are being resolved as quickly as possible through the system.
Ayesha assured strict accountability for staff found guilty of delay or negligence in departmental duties. A monitoring system has been kept active to oversee performance and ensure compliance, she said.
