DC Attock reviews Eid cleanliness arrangements, visits hospital and control room

ATTOCK, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th May, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Rao Atif Raza on Wednesday visited different parts of the city on Eid-ul-Adha to review cleanliness arrangements and monitor the performance of sanitation teams working under the “Suthra Punjab” initiative.

During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner inspected ongoing cleanliness operations in various localities and appreciated the efforts of sanitation workers by distributing sweets among the Suthra Punjab teams to encourage them for their dedicated services during the Eid holidays.

Rao Atif Raza also visited the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital, where he distributed sweets among patients and inquired about their health and well-being.

He further inspected the public facilitation control room established by the administration and reviewed the complaint redressal mechanism and facilities being provided to citizens.

On the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned officers to ensure the provision of maximum civic facilities to the public during Eid-ul-Adha and emphasized that cleanliness and sanitation arrangements should be maintained effectively across the district at all costs.
