Balochistan CM condoles Zulfiqar Khosa’s death

DG KHAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Apr, 2026) Chief Minister Balochistan Sardar Sarfraz Bugti visited Dera Ghazi Khan

to condole the death of senior politician and former Punjab governor

Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Khan Khosa.

At Khosa House, he met the deceased’s sons Sardar Hissamuddin Khosa,

Sardar Saifuddin Khosa, and former Punjab chief minister Sardar Dost

Muhammad Khosa and expressed heartfelt sympathy.

Fateha was also offered for the departed soul.

Speaking to the media, Bugti said his visit was solely to offer condolences

and that he would not make any political statements on the occasion.

He described Khosa as a wise, principled, and dignified leader who rendered

valuable services for the country and democracy.

He said, Zulfiqar Khosa’s political and social contributions would always

be remembered, adding that his death had created a void which could

not be filled.
