LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Jun, 2026) An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Wednesday rejected the post-arrest bail application of an accused allegedly linked to a proscribed organisation in a case involving the recovery of explosive material.

ATC Judge Shahid Sikandar announced the verdict after hearing arguments from both sides. The accused, Miraj, had filed the bail petition from jail.

According to the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), explosive material was recovered from the possession of the accused. A case was registered against him in 2026.

The CTD alleged that the accused is associated with a banned organisation and is involved in terrorist activities.
