Sindh govt spokesperson said platform is ensuring practical measures to address citizens’ issues.

KARACHI: Mayor of Sukkur and Sindh government Spokesperson Arsalan Islam Sheikh said the Chief Minister House Complaint Cell has become a strong example of public service, swift redressal of grievances and effective governance in Sindh.

He said the platform is ensuring practical measures to address citizens’ issues on a priority basis, in line with the pro-people vision of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and the legacy of former prime ministers Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto.

Arsalan Islam Sheikh said the complaint cell reflects Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s vision of providing services at the doorstep of citizens and ensuring that every voice is heard and addressed without delay.

He added that the complaint cell has emerged as an effective bridge between the public and the government, enabling prompt communication of grievances to relevant departments and ensuring timely resolution.

He said departments responsible for health, education, municipal services, sanitation, drainage, water, electricity and other basic facilities are actively working to resolve public issues and provide relief to citizens.

The Sindh government, he said, remains committed to transparency, service delivery and public trust, and will not tolerate negligence or delay in addressing public complaints.

He directed officials to prioritize immediate redressal of citizen grievances and take effective steps to improve service delivery.
