Arrangements, public services at bus terminals in Tank reviewed

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th May, 2026) Additional Assistant Commissioner Tank Malik Irfan Khan has visited the Tank to Peshawar and Bannu bus terminals to review passenger facilities and fare implementation.

According to the administration he inspected cleanliness arrangements at the bus stands, seating facilities for passengers, government-approved fare lists, and the number of passengers in vehicles.

He directed bus stand owners and transporters to strictly charge fares according to the officially notified rates in view of the current situation.

He warned that strict legal action would be taken against anyone found overcharging passengers or violating government directives.

Passengers appreciated the administration’s efforts to monitor fares and improve facilities at the terminals.
