ATTOCK, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Feb, 2026) In a decisive step to streamline public facilitation during the holy month, Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Attock, Aneel Saeed on Friday, chaired an important meeting at the Municipal Committee, where officers of the concerned departments gathered to review arrangements in detail. During the session, comprehensive measures were discussed to ensure maximum relief for citizens throughout Ramadan.

Moreover, the ADCG directed that the steady availability of essential commodities, effective cleanliness arrangements and uninterrupted civic facilities must be guaranteed in all circumstances, so that residents do not face any inconvenience.

He firmly instructed departments to act proactively and efficiently, while maintaining proper coordination to deliver timely services. In addition, he emphasised that public convenience remains the administration’s foremost priority during Ramadan.

Furthermore, Aneel Saeed called upon relevant agencies to play an active role in improving and beautifying the city, thereby enhancing its overall environment. He also stressed that sanitation drives must be carried out regularly and systematically, and civic infrastructure should be maintained without disruption to ensure a smooth experience for citizens.

Meanwhile, the meeting also underscored the urgent need to eliminate illegal encroachments across the city. Consequently, the ADCG made it clear that no negligence or slackness would be tolerated in the ongoing anti-encroachment campaign, and operations would continue strictly under a coordinated strategy to restore order and ensure sustainable urban management.
