AC Shahpur inspects Bus stands

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Mar, 2026) The District administration ensuring government-notified fare rates in the district.

In this regard,the Assistant Commissioner Shahpur, Yusra Sohail Butt, on the second day of Eid ul Fitar, conducted surprise visits to the General Bus Stand and various transport terminals in Shahpur to monitor passenger fares and ensure adherence to government-notified rates.

During the inspection, the Assistant Commissioner personally interacted with passengers traveling from the Sargodha district to verify the fares being charged by transporters.

She addressed multiple complaints regarding overcharging and issued on-the-spot warnings to transport operators, emphasizing that no one would be allowed to fleece the public during the festive season.
