AC conducts surprise visit to BHU, reviews health facilities

reviewed healthcare facilities being provided to patients along with overall administrative arrangements.

During the visit, he inspected the availability of medicines and ensured the immediate provision of essential

drugs in his presence so that patients would not face any inconvenience.

The assistant commissioner also directed authorities to take immediate measures for improving services

in the labour room. He stressed that the labour room should be fully solarized to ensure uninterrupted

24/7 maternity services even during power outages.

The district administration, he said, was utilizing all available resources to provide quality and continuous

healthcare facilities to the public.
