Abbottabad hosts vibrant marathon on Pakistan Day

ABBOTTABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Mar, 2026) On the occasion of Pakistan Day (23 March), a splendid marathon race was organized in Abbottabad under the auspices of the Regional Support Office.

Children and youth from various educational institutions participated enthusiastically in large numbers.

On this occasion, SSP Traffic Abbottabad Ishtiaq Khan attended as the chief guest.

He appreciated the successful conduct of the race and stated that such healthy and positive activities are extremely important for the physical and mental development of the younger generation.

SSP Traffic Ishtiaq Khan distributed prizes among the children who demonstrated outstanding performance in the race and encouraged them.

He expressed his resolve that such positive and constructive activities will continue in the future as well, so that the youth can be attracted toward healthy pursuits.
