Youth rescued after falling into tube well

KHANEWAL, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2026) A 30-year-old man was rescued alive after falling into a tube well in Khanewal, Rescue 1122 officials said

on Tuesday.

According to Rescue 1122, the emergency service received information from a caller that a young man

had fallen into a tube well in the area of 43/15-L.

Responding promptly, rescue teams rushed to the site and launched an operation.

Officials said the victim, identified as Imran, son of Shaban, had reportedly suffered an epileptic seizure, causing him to fall into the well.

The rescuers utilizing professional techniques, successfully retrieved the man from the well and provided him with first aid before shifting him to the District Headquarters Hospital Khanewal for further medical treatment.
