Youth killed,one injured in road accident:

SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Apr, 2026) A 23-year-old youth was killed, and his companion sustained critical injuries on Sunday when a speeding cargo Mazda vehicle crushed them while they were changing a punctured tire of a cement-loaded dumper on the Sargodha-Faisalabad Road.

According to rescue sources, the deceased was identified as Mohammad Iqrar, a resident of Chak 3 Dhrema, while the injured was identified as 56-year-old Zia-ul-Hassan of the same locality.

Rescue 1122 personnel shifted the victims to DHQ Teaching Hospital for medical treatment and legal formalities.

Police concerned reached the spot and initiated an investigation into the accident.
