Youth arrested for killing mother

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Feb, 2026) Batala Colony police arrested a youth for killing his mother over her remarriage dispute.

A police spokesman said on Saturday that Zahida Parveen decided to arrange her second marriage.

Over this issue, her son Usama got enraged and he allegedly stabbed his mother to death with a knife.

Receiving information, Batala Colony police conducted a raid and apprehended the accused.
