Writers, poets, artists receives annual stipend cheques

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Mar, 2026) The Department of Culture Tourism and Antiquities, Government of Sindh, distributed annual stipend cheques to writers poets artisans and artists on Monday at Mumtaz Mirza auditorium Sindh Museum.

Renowned writers poets artisans and artists from Hyderabad, Jamshoro, Tando Allahyar and Tando Muhammad Khan attended the ceremony and received their respective cheques.

Director, Department of Culture Tourism and Antiquities, Zulfiqar Ali Panhwar along with his team distributed the cheques among the distinguished writers poets artisans and artists while the district wise breakup includes 119 cheques for Hyderabad 47 for Jamshoro 17 for Tando Allahyar and eight for Tando Muhammad Khan.
