RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Mar, 2026) A Master Trainers Workshop jointly organized by Rooh Forum and the All Pakistan Private Schools Management Association (APPSMA) in Rawalpindi underscored the importance of educational reforms, modern teaching methodologies, and character building among students.
The workshop, held at Emblem Higher Secondary school, Satellite Town here Sunday, was chaired by Colonel (R) Syed Murtaza Ali Shah. Prominent educationists and participants included Abrar Ahmed Khan, Amir Anwar, Dr. Ejaz Mahmood, Agha Shahab Maqsood, Mrs. Sakina Taj, Mrs. Fatima, Syed Adil Ali Shah, and Professor Muhammad Zeeshan.
Speakers at the event stressed the need for a collaborative approach to improving the education system, emphasizing the adoption of modern technology and effective teacher training programs.
They noted that the role of educational institutions should extend beyond academic achievement to include character development, leadership skills, and the promotion of religious and national values.
The integration of the Quran, Sunnah, and Allama Iqbal’s philosophy into educational curricula was also highlighted as a key component in shaping responsible and well-rounded individuals.
The workshop concluded with a collective commitment from participants to advance educational reforms and promote modern training practices aimed at developing a disciplined, skilled, and competent generation.
