Women's force "NISA Squad" formulated

HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th May, 2026) A special force of women police, "NISA Squad," has been formed on the instructions of SSP Hyderabad Shahzeb Chachar, which includes a total of 50 women personnel.

This squad will work under the command of SHO Women Sakina Bhatti and will pay special attention to sensitive issues related to women.

The main objective of "NISA Squad" is to ensure the safety of women in urban areas and conduct regular patrols and checks in public places, markets, parks, etc., especially to strengthen security measures during Eid.

Today, the inaugural flag march of "NISA Squad" consisting of 10 bikes, was conducted from the SSP office, which carried out patrols and quick checking operations in different areas of the city.

SP Headquarters Zain Raza Baloch, SHO Women Sakina Bhatti, and other traffic and police officers were also present on the occasion.

This initiative by Hyderabad Police demonstrates the commitment and seriousness of the district police towards women's safety and citizen security.
