Woman killed, four injured in car accident near Ayubia

NATHIAGALI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Jul, 2026) At least one woman was killed and four others were injured in a road accident in the Khanspur area of Ayubia on Sunday.

According to Rescue 1122, five people were travelling in the vehicle when it met with the crash.

A 45-year-old woman, identified as the wife of Muhammad Zaheer, died on the spot. The injured were identified as Muhammad Zaheer, 50, Mian Abdullah, 28, Muhammad Subhan, 20, and Muhammad Taha, 11.

Rescue 1122 personnel provided first aid to the injured at the scene before shifting them to the Rural Health Centre (RHC) Khanspur.

They were later referred to THQ Hospital Murree for further treatment due to the need for advanced medical care.

The cause of the accident was not immediately known, and further investigation was underway. Rescue 1122 confirmed that its teams completed the rescue operation and ensured the safe transfer of all casualties to medical facilities.
