LAYYAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Feb, 2026) Efforts are underway to strengthen wildlife conservation and rehabilitate zoological facilities, Assistant Chief Wildlife Ranger Kashif Hameed said during his visit to the Wildlife Park in Fatehpur.
He also inspected breeding farms in the tehsils of Karor Lal Esan, Chowk Azam and Fatehpur in Layyah district.
Senior Wildlife Ranger Malik Arsalan and other staff members accompanied him.
During the visits, Kashif Hameed directed farm owners to ensure registration with the Wildlife Department, warning that strict action would be taken against unregistered breeding farms under departmental laws. He stressed that compliance with wildlife regulations is the responsibility of every citizen and said proper registration would help improve the protection and management of wildlife resources.
