Trump says that there should be no more attacks by Israel anywhere in Lebanon.

US President Donald Trump has said on social truth that a missile attack on Beirut should not have taken place today, calling it an unfortunate development at a sensitive time when a historic peace agreement with Iran is reportedly close.

Donald Trump said the United States is very close to finalizing a deal and stressed that recent events should not derail ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at achieving regional stability.

He stated that no casualties or injuries were reported in the attack on Israel and described Israel’s response as unnecessary and ineffective.

According to Donald Trump, such minor incidents should not be allowed to obstruct the broader peace process in the Middle East, which he said is nearing a breakthrough that could bring lasting peace to Lebanon and the wider region.

Trump added that Israel should not carry out further strikes in Lebanon and urged all parties, including Hezbollah and other groups, to show restraint and avoid any attacks against Israel.

He called on all sides to step back immediately in order to protect the progress made toward regional peace, warning that ongoing escalation could undermine what he described as a “long and beautiful path” toward stability in the Middle East.
