WCCIS, SCCI, and FBR hold awareness session on promoting tax culture

SIALKOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Apr, 2026) The Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sialkot (WCCIS), in collaboration with Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Federal board of Revenue (FBR), successfully organised an awareness session on Promoting Tax Culture in Sialkot.

The session proved highly productive and informative, covering key aspects of taxation in Pakistan, including tax filing procedures, NTN registration, compliance requirements, and recent policy updates introduced by FBR. Participants actively engaged in the session, raising important questions and receiving practical guidance from experts.

President WCCIS, Mariam Siddiqa, expressed her appreciation for the efforts of Muhammad Muti-ur-Rehman Mumtaz, Secretary Tax education and Facilitation, and Abdul Rehman Sheikh, Second Secretary Facilitation, for delivering an insightful session and addressing queries with clarity and professionalism.
