The purpose of the walk was to motivate parents to enroll their children in school, ensure that no child remains out of the education system, and spread awareness about the value of education in building a better future. Alongside this, a tree plantation activity was also carried out to instill a sense of environmental responsibility among students and emphasize the importance of a clean and green environment.
NCHD Circle Incharge Safia and Asma Sadaf attended the ceremony as special guests. Head Teacher and District President of APTA, Muhammad Farooq, welcomed them and expressed his gratitude for their support.
Addressing the gathering, Muhammad Farooq said the enrollment drive aims to equip every child with the fundamental right to education so that no one is deprived of learning opportunities. During the event, new students were enrolled, and free textbooks were distributed among existing students.
Teachers, students, and members of the local community participated actively in the walk, carrying banners and placards inscribed with slogans promoting education and tree plantation.
At the end, Muhammad Farooq thanked the NCHD representatives for their valuable contributions to promoting education, increasing enrollment, and supporting environmental initiatives. He reaffirmed the commitment to further strengthening the enrollment campaign to ensure every child steps toward a brighter future through education.
