LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th May, 2026) The Punjab Safe Cities Authority’s (PSCA) Virtual Women Police Station ensured the arrest of two suspects involved in harassing women and recording their videos at Safari Park Lahore through a swift response operation.
According to a PSCA spokesperson, the affected family immediately contacted Emergency Helpline-15 after the suspects allegedly followed them, displayed inappropriate behaviour and issued threats.
Upon receiving the complaint, a female officer from Safe City contacted the affected family and assured them of full protection and legal assistance.
The spokesperson said the Virtual Women Police Station immediately dispatched the nearest police team to the spot, while Safe City and field police jointly conducted an operation and arrested both suspects on the spot.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>Initial investigations revealed that the accused were allegedly making videos of women and threatening them with serious consequences when asked to stop.
A case was registered against the suspects on charges of harassment and inappropriate conduct.
The spokesperson urged women to immediately contact Emergency Helpline-15 or use the Women Safety App in case of harassment, stalking or any unpleasant situation to ensure timely legal action and assistance.
