“Vibe to Earn” held at GCWUF to connect students with industry

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th Mar, 2026) Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF) in collaboration with Optimum Tech

organized a skill-based educational and technology event on “Vibe to Earn” for

equipping female students with practical skills and linking them with emerging

career opportunities in the digital economy.

GCWUF Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Kanwal Ameen attended the vent as chief guest and

emphasized that in today’s technology-driven world, global organizations value skills, performance,

and practical exposure alongside academic degrees.

She advised the students to focus on competence, discipline and self-accountability

besides maintaining a clear academic and professional direction.

Vice Chancellor appreciated Prof Dr Saima Akram and her organizing team for successfully

arranging the event.

Dr Saima Akram noted that the initiative aims to guide students toward effective employment

opportunities and career-oriented skill development.

During the event, discussions focused on industry–academia collaboration, artificial intelligence,

emerging technologies, and skill-based learning.
