USKT strengthens regional academic ties at Eurasian summit

SIALKOT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd May, 2026) Chairman board of Governors of the University of Sialkot (USKT),Faisal Manzoor on Saturday represented the institution at the EURIE 2026 Eurasia Higher education Summit held in Istanbul,Turkey marking a significant step towards regional academic integration.

According to a statement issued by the university,Manzoor held high-level discussions with a delegation from Uzbekistan, including representatives of Sharq University and the Center of Pedagogical Skills Kashkadarya Region,working under the Ministry of school and Pre-school Education of Uzbekistan.

The meeting was facilitated by Muhammad Raheel,head of NICHE Education Group,an international consultancy promoting educational linkages between Turkey and Uzbekistan.

The engagement underscores USKT’s commitment to fostering global partnerships,strengthening academic collaboration, and promoting international knowledge exchange.
