USKT chairman meets HEC chairperson

SIALKOT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Mar, 2026) A meeting was held between Chairman board of Governors Faisal Manzoor, University of Sialkot (USKT),

and Chairperson Higher Education Commission Prof Dr Niaz Ahmad Akhtar (S.I) and matters related

to strengthening higher education, academic quality, research collaboration, and innovation

were discussed.

According to the USKT, the meeting focused on enhancing industry–academia linkages, promoting research-driven initiatives, and exploring opportunities to further support students through modern learning environments and skill-oriented education.

The both sides reaffirmed their commitment to advancing higher education standards and creating impactful opportunities for youth.
