Two wheelie riders arrested

City Traffic Police Lahore (CTPL) on Thursday arrested two young men during a crackdown against wheelie riding and registered a case against them

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th Jul, 2026) City Traffic Police Lahore (CTPL) on Thursday arrested two young men during a crackdown against wheelie riding and registered a case against them.

According to a traffic police spokesperson, DSP Traffic Fayyaz Bhatti led a combing operation during which the two suspects were apprehended after a chase.

The DSP personally pursued the wheelie riders on a motorcycle before arresting them.

The arrested suspects were identified as Shahid, 18, a salesman by profession, and Usman, 19, a hairdresser.

The suspects were handed over to the district police, where a case was registered against them under the relevant provisions of law.
