Two stolen iPhones recovered, Gang held in Morgah

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Feb, 2026) Morgah Police have arrested a two-member gang involved in multiple thefts and recovered stolen valuables, including two iPhones worth over Rs700,000, along with another mobile phone and Rs15,500 in cash.

The operation was part of a targeted crackdown on thefts in the area. SP Potohar, Sardar Babar Mumtaz Khan, said the suspects would be challaned in court with solid evidence to ensure appropriate punishment.

He added that individuals who deprive citizens of their valuable assets cannot escape the law, emphasizing the police’s commitment to protecting public property and maintaining safety in the city.

Likewise, Rawalpindi Police have arrested two suspects and recovered liquor along with weapons from their possession during crackdown here on Sunday, a police spokesman said that separate cases have been registered both of them and further investigation is underway.
