Two members of robbery gang arrested for snatching woman's purse

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Jul, 2026) Police have arrested two members of a robbery gang and recovered cash worth Rs102,000, a gold ring, a mobile phone and a purse from their possession.

According to police spokesman, the suspects were apprehended during a targeted operation.

During interrogation, the accused also confessed to their involvement in several other robbery incidents, the spokesman said.

SP Potohar Sardar Babar Mumtaz Khan commended Naseerabad police team and said the accused would be presented to court with solid evidence and that operations against criminal elements would continue to ensure the protection of citizens and their property.
