Two killed, two Injured on road

BUREWALA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th May, 2026) Two people, including a woman, were killed and two others sustained serious injuries after a speeding tractor-trolley

hit a rickshaw near Mana Morr on Arifwala Road in Burewala on Monday.

According to Rescue 1122 officials, the deceased were identified as 45-year-old Sakina Bibi and 16-year-old Ali Hamza, while the injured included 40-year-old Shehnaz Bibi, wife of Muhammad Arshad, and 40-year-old Resham Ali, son of Qasim Ali.

Rescue authorities said all the victims belonged to Chak No. 299/EB.

The rescue teams shifted the bodies and injured to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, where the condition of the injured was stated to be critical.

Meanwhile, the tractor-trolley driver fled the scene after the accident. Police registered a case and started an investigation into the incident.
