PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Mar, 2026) At least two people were killed and one injured in a firing incident at an makeshift vegetable market set up at the Sugar Mills ground in Charsadda.
According to police on Wednesday, the injured and deceased were shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital Charsadda.
The injured identified as Umar, son of Samandar, a resident of Station Korona was later referred to Peshawar due to his critical condition.
The deceased were identified as Aziz Ali and Saddam Ali, sons of Irshad Ali and residents of Shaheeda Bazaar Prang. Both the victims were brothers.
Police said that the cause of the incident was a dispute related to TMA (Tehsil Municipal Administration) tax.
