Two dacoits arrested

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Feb, 2026) Khurarianwala police claimed to have arrested two dacoits of a gang including ringleader and recovered two motorcycles, illicit weapons and other items from their possession.

Police spokesman said here on Thursday that SHO Khurarianwala Inspector Muhammad Riaz on a tip-off conducted raid and nabbed two outlaws including ringleader Khadim Hussain and his accomplice Liaqat Ali who were wanted to police in dozens of dacoity, robbery, theft and other cases.

The police traced out 12 cases and recovered 2 motorcycles, cash of Rs.3.2 million, illegal pistols and other items from their possession while further investigation was under progress, he added.
