Truck driver critically injured as vehicle overturns

MUZAFFARGARH, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Apr, 2026) A 24-year-old truck driver was critically injured when his vehicle overturned on MM Road near Adda Rahmatullah.

Rescuers said Muhammad Akmal, a resident of Muzaffargarh, suffered severe head injuries and was shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital for treatment.

Initial investigation suggested that the accident occurred after the driver felt nauseous and lost control of the vehicle. He was attempted to provide first aid at the scene but was immediately moved to the hospital due to his deteriorating condition.

Police of the concerned jurisdiction were informed of the incident, sources said.
