The participants highlighted the importance of tree planting in combating environmental pollution, reducing the effects of climate change, and promoting a clean and green environment.
Member of the National Assembly (MNA) Tahira Aurangzeb urged citizens, particularly the youth, to actively participate in plantation drives and consider the protection of trees as a national responsibility.

The Punjab government is committed to making tree plantation campaigns more effective in line with the vision of a greener Pakistan.
