Training workshop held for examination staff

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Feb, 2026) A special training workshop for examination staff in connection with Annual Examinations 2026 was held at Government High school Islamia No. 4 to ensure transparent and disciplined conduct of examinations.

The workshop was presided over by Chief Executive Officer, District education Authority Rawalpindi, Tariq Mahmood. Controller of Examinations of the board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi and Director Colleges Rawalpindi Division also attended the session.

The training aimed to provide detailed guidance to superintendents, deputy superintendents and resident inspectors regarding their responsibilities, code of conduct and examination discipline. Officials reiterated that all examinations would be conducted in line with the Government of Punjab’s directives, ensuring 100 percent transparency, merit and strict discipline.

A zero-tolerance policy against cheating was emphasized, with clear instructions that no leniency would be shown and immediate legal and disciplinary action would be taken against any elements involved in malpractice.

The central message of the meeting was “Fail the cheating mafia”, with participants pledging to implement practical measures to curb unfair means.

Officials said that monitoring at all examination centres would be further strengthened and modern technology, along with all available resources, would be utilized to maintain public confidence in the examination system.
