RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Mar, 2026) Tehreek-e-Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafaria (TNFJ) chief Allama Agha Syed Hussain Muqaddasi on Sunday condemned the martyrdom of Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatullah Ali Khamenei, saying sacrifices made in resistance to imperialism and Zionism would not go in vain.
The TNFJ chief, in a statement, said the Muslim world had been deprived of a prominent leader whose life was devoted to the defence of islam and the Ummah.
He added that while the moment was one of grief for the faithful, martyrdom remained a source of pride for people of truth.
Allama Muqaddasi said the Iranian people’s sorrow was shared across the Muslim world and expressed the belief that oppression would ultimately be defeated.
The TNFJ chief said resisting Zionist ambitions was not a sectarian issue but one concerning Islam and humanity.
He criticised global powers and international institutions, alleging bias and failure to uphold justice, and urged major countries to fulfil their responsibilities in maintaining peace.
He warned that unchecked aggression could endanger global peace and called on peace-loving people to raise their voices against conflict and injustice. He also stressed that disunity among Muslim countries was exacerbating their challenges and making them vulnerable to external pressures.
Allama Muqaddasi urged Muslim nations to adopt patience, unity and steadfastness, and to register peaceful protest in solidarity with the people of Iran and others facing oppression.
