Three persons sustains injuries

BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Feb, 2026) At least three persons suffered wounds in firing and road mishap incidents here in the district.

Rescue 1122 said here on Wednesday,a 24-year-old man was travelling on motorbike when unidentified armed men opened fire at him near Mor area.He suffered injuries and was shifted to Bahawal Victoria Hospital.

In another incident, two cars were traveling one behind the other, and the passengers in both vehicles were relatives of each other.The car at the back, while attempting to overtake another car deliberately hit it from the side and collided with a tree.Consequently,two of them sustained injuries.

Rescuers provided first aid to both injured individuals and then shifted them to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Khairpur Tamewali.

Police were investigating the incident.
