Three more militants killed in Balochistan's operation Shaban; Mohsin Naqvi praises Security Forces

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Jul, 2026) Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Wednesday commended Pakistan's security forces after three more militants were killed during Operation Shaban in Balochistan, saying the ongoing campaign against militant elements was progressing successfully.

In a statement, the interior minister praised the Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan, and police personnel for what he described as their bravery and professionalism in thwarting the designs of militants.

Naqvi said the operation against militants, whom he referred to as "Fitna al-Hindustan," was continuing successfully, adding that security forces remained determined to eliminate terrorism from Balochistan.

"The brave personnel of the Pakistan Army, FC Balochistan and police have foiled the nefarious designs of terrorists," he said.

The minister maintained that "enemies of peace deserve no leniency" and described members of the security forces as "the pride of the nation" for their sacrifices and commitment.

Reaffirming the government's resolve, Naqvi said security forces were fully committed to eradicating the menace of terrorism from Balochistan and would continue operations until lasting peace was restored.
