Three boys drown in Nullah in Kahuta, bodies recovered after search operation

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th May, 2026) Three boys were drowned in a nullah near KIT Institute in Kahuta’s Naugran Village on Tuesday, with their bodies later recovered after a rescue operation.

According to Rescue 1122, rescue teams reached the location promptly and carried out a search operation.

Four rescue vehicles were dispatched to the scene, including two ambulances, one fire and rescue vehicle, and one water rescue unit.

After intensive efforts, all three bodies were recovered from the water.

The tragic incident has caused grief in the local community of Kahuta, where residents gathered following the recovery operation.

Likewise, a man has reportedly committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling fan.

The emergency vehicles have reached at Khalid Colony phase 2 Street No 4 Chakri Road.
