In a recent interview, famous actress Zara Noor Abbas spoke openly about life after becoming a mother, the challenges of balancing professional career and domestic responsibilities, and the pressures faced by working mothers in the society.

The actress said that post-pregnancy women face unnecessary body-shaming while they are unrealistically expected to immediately return to their previous body shape. According to them, this thinking is not only unfair but also increases the mental pressure on new mothers.
He said that there is a misconception in the society that women cannot handle career and family at the same time, while the truth is the opposite. According to the actress, after becoming a mother, her personality and emotional quality have changed significantly and she has become calmer, gentler and more compassionate.

The actress revealed that during her career, she faced many criticisms regarding her body structure, weight and clothes. According to them, some individuals and brands have refused to hire them simply on the basis that they do not meet the ‘thin’ or certain criteria.

He said that this criticism affected his mental health and confidence and on many occasions he suffered because of these comments. However, later she decided that she would not let the opinions of others define her.

Zara Noor Abbas said that instead of being ashamed of the natural changes in the body after pregnancy and childbirth, women should accept them. He asked the society to stop unnecessary comments on women’s bodies, especially those mothers who are going through a difficult phase like giving birth to a child.
