Terrorist attack by Fitna al-Khawarij in Tank highly condemnable: Syed Shafqat Shah

SUKKUR Jul 26 (APP) , (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point news - 26th Jul, 2026) Provincial leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) Sindh, Syed Shafqat Ali Shah, has termed the attack by terrorists of Fitna al-Khawarij on a joint police check-post in District Tank as cowardly and highly condemnable.

In a condemnation statement issued by his spokesperson here on Sunday, Syed Shafqat Ali Shah said, "I pay tribute to the 12 brave soldiers of the Pakistan Army, 2 police personnel and a dutiful official of the Forest Department who embraced martyrdom while defending our beloved homeland.

"

He said that the security forces, with extraordinary courage, professionalism and timely action, eliminated 12 terrorists, and the entire nation is proud of its defenders.

He said that the great sacrifices of the martyrs will always remain a guiding light for the nation. May Allah Almighty elevate the ranks of the martyrs, grant patience to their bereaved families, and grant more steadfastness to our brave security personnel in defending the motherland, he added.
