Tank's admin chalk out plan to ensure cleanliness during Eid-ul-Azha

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th May, 2026) The district administration Tank has kicked off a special cleanliness campaign to ensure cleanliness and healthy environment for citizens during Eid-ul-Azha days.

In this regard, Assistant Commissioner Jamshed Alam, along with AD Local Government Haleem Shah, held a meeting with janitors and sanitary workers of the local government department in Tank.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held regarding effective sanitation arrangements during Eid-ul-Azha, timely waste collection, and ensuring cleanliness activities across the city.

The staff was directed to perform their duties efficiently in accordance with the instructions of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

On the occasion, the meeting was told that providing citizens with a clean and hygienic environment remains the top priority of the district administration.

People have also been asked to cooperate with the administration in making the cleanliness campaign successful and keeping the city neat and beautiful.

According to the district administration, sanitation staff will remain fully active during Eid, and timely disposal of animal waste will be ensured.
