SUKKUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Feb, 2026) Sukkur IBA University held a certificate distribution ceremony for the Peoples Information Technology Program (PITP) Phase-II, honoring youth from Sukkur, Larkana and Shaheed Benazirabad who completed IT training.

Chief Guest Dr. Shahzaib Malik, Member IT, Sindh government on Wednesday awarded certificates to 400 top performers from 11 PITP centers.

He praised the program’s role in equipping youth with digital skills and bridging the technology gap in rural areas.

Pro VC Syed Mir Muhammad Shah welcomed guests and highlighted the university’s commitment to community development.

Dr Altaf Samo shared that 3,605 students graduated in Batch 01 and 4,270 in Batch 02 across 21 centers.

The event celebrated student achievements and reinforced Sindh’s vision of a digitally skilled, empowered generation.
