Sukkur Chamber honors TDAP for successful Trade Expo

The Sukkur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) organized a special meeting to celebrate the successful conclusion of the two day Second Trade Expo, held under the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) on Wednesday

SUKKUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Feb, 2026) The Sukkur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) organized a special meeting to celebrate the successful conclusion of the two day Second Trade Expo, held under the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) on Wednesday.

SCCI President Muhammad Khalid Kakizai, Senior Vice President Amit Kumar, and Vice President Malik Muhammad Owais Rais hosted the session, which was attended by TDAP Sukkur Deputy Director Fida Hussain Mehaser, Deputy Manager Mir Mohsin Bulo, and their team.

Khalid Kakizai congratulated TDAP on the event’s success and presented certificates of appreciation to its team. He noted that such expos create new opportunities for local industrialists and exporters, helping regional products gain national and international exposure.

Fida Hussain Mehaser thanked the Sukkur Chamber for its strong support, highlighting its active role in showcasing export-ready products from its members. Kakizai emphasized promoting local products under the “Mera Brand Pakistan” initiative and called for better access to export markets for Sukkur’s regional goods.

He added that the Chamber has long advocated for an Export Processing Zone, Expo Center, and Dry Port in Sukkur, and remains committed to pushing these projects forward for regional economic growth.
