State-of-the-art Traffic Education School on cards

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th May, 2026) Traffic Police is working to provide world-class driving facilities to the citizens.

In this regard, the State-of-the-art Traffic Education School has entered the final stages of completion. CTO Lahore Syed Abdul Rahim Shirazi visited the new LTV/HTV Driving School and took a detailed review of the ongoing and incomplete works including the under-construction building.

On this occasion, he directed to complete all the remaining works as soon as possible so that the project can be activated on time. According to CTO Lahore, citizens will now be provided with driving training for large vehicles along with cars and motorcycles.

Professional training for LTV, HTV and 22-wheeler vehicles will be given in the modern driving school.

Syed Abdul Rahim Shirazi said that road safety will be promoted through a modern traffic education system and the aim of establishing a driving school is to make citizens trained, responsible and safe drivers.

He added that modern driving training will help reduce traffic accidents while trained professional drivers will also get better employment opportunities at home and abroad.

According to the CTO Lahore, 12 driving schools have also been established across the city for car and motorcycle training.
