The State Bank of Pakistan will be working an average of six working hours daily during Ramadan as per the announcement.

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (without break)
• Friday: 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM (without break)

These will be applicable to SBP offices across the country to ensure smooth operations and also to accommodate the spiritual obligations of the holy month.

Commercial Banks Timings in Ramadan 2026

Commercial banks across Pakistan will also follow revised working hours as directed by the central bank.

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (without break)
• Friday (Public Dealing): 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM (without break)

The revised schedule ensures uninterrupted banking services for customers during Ramadan, while also allowing employees to observe fasting comfortably.
