SSP Operations reviews security arrangements at Islamabad cattle markets

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th May, 2026) Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza visited different cattle markets in the Federal capital and reviewed security arrangements and policing measures ahead of Eid-ul-Azha.

An official told APP on Sunday that the SSP Operations met police officers deployed on duty at various cattle markets and inspected security arrangements around the boundary walls approved by the district administration.

The official said Qazi Ali Raza directed officers to remain vigilant and ensure effective policing measures for the safety and convenience of citizens visiting cattle markets.

He said patrolling and emergency response arrangements around cattle markets would be further strengthened to maintain law and order during Eid days.

The SSP Qazi also urged citizens to park their vehicles only at designated parking areas to avoid traffic congestion and inconvenience around cattle markets.
