SSP Khairpur Dr Samiullah Soomro pay tribute to martyrs on Eid

SUKKUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Mar, 2026) SSP Khairpur Dr Samiullah Soomro, accompanied by DSPs from various sub divisions paid a heartfelt visit to the families of martyred police officers on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.

The officers arrived at the residences of the shuhada, bearing gifts and Eid money for the children, as a gesture of solidarity and respect.

During the visit, SSP Soomro met with the bereaved families, offering their condolences and paying tribute to the martyrs.

They took the opportunity to interact with the children, showering them with love and affection and distributing Eid gifts and cash among them.

In a statement on Sunday, SSP Khairpur emphasized, "On this joyous occasion of Eid al-Fitr, we have not forgotten our brave officers and personnel who laid down their lives in the line of duty. Their sacrifices will always be remembered, and their families will always be part of ours."

He further stated the martyred police officers are our pride, and their families are our own.
